We're excited to share that MIRAI, our AI vision system, is now compatible with KUKA robots, unlocking a whole new dimension of possibilities in robotic automation. MIRAI uses AI to generate robot movements directly and in real time. This means that robots can be trained to perform tasks simply by showing them what to do. There is no need for complex programming or AI knowledge.
With MIRAI, KUKA users can automate tasks that were previously too difficult or costly to automate. This can lead to increased productivity and efficiency. "Our new integration with KUKA expands the number of users who can use MIRAI to automate applications that were previously not feasible or cost-effective to automate such as cable insertion, gear picking or leak testing," says our CTO Dominik Bösl.
